Requirements:

Students entering the group exercise classes and/or any other fitness center programming options will have been “cleared for exercise” following successful completion and clearance of “ SuperFit Kidz Assessment questionnaire”.

Special Facilities-
After school program every Tuesday Beginning September 17th (2:45pm-3:45pm), every Wednesday, (parents class) Beginning September 18th (8am-9am)

Evaluation:

To complete 2-3 days /wk of exercise (Strengthen & Stretch) video streams

To use the food charts and pyramid to eat healthier food choices.

To use the Perceived Exertion chart effectively

To use the BMI chart to calculate ideal body weight
